March 12, 2020 - Per university guidelines, all spring quarter classes will be conducted via remote learning. TAPS is expecting to run all courses as scheduled (and as you can imagine, we’re working hard to figure out what that will entail). Enrolled students will be contacted by their instructors prior to the onset of spring quarter on April 6th. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Vicki Walden, TAPS Academic Administrator.
Given that the majority of students are remote learning away from campus for the spring quarter, TAPS has suspended spring quarter rehearsals and performances in our spaces for all Performing Arts Roundtable Registered Student Organizations (UT, Off-Off Campus, Fire Escape, Dean’s Men, A Cappella Council, Dance Council, Le Vorris & Vox Circus, Commedia dell’Arte). Utilizing technology and platforms available through the University, TAPS Pro Staff continues to support performing arts RSOs and campus partners with pre-production planning for 2020 – 2021, learning resources, and virtual meetings. If you have further questions, please contact Tiffany Trent, Interim Director of Performance Programs, TAPS Production Manager Brian Maschka, or North Theater Manager Samantha Rausch as appropriate.
Virtual Dance Lab
