Description: This exhibition of work by University of Chicago displays a body of artworks that show the things that cannot be said. Incommunicable aims to approach ideas that are impossible to verbalize and are only understandable through the visual experience of making, presenting, and viewing art. When it comes to highly personal content, words simply are not capable of expressing raw emotional reactions and ideas. Visual art can thus communicate the incommunicable. Curated by Maggie Hart.
