Take a journey to discover the diverse and flavorful culinary heritage of ancient Near East with Atorina Zomaya from Assyrian Kitchen, and Susanne Paulus, assistant professor in Assyriology at the University of Chicago. Get inspired by the ancient origins of modern ingredients. At the end of the class, you will enjoy a delicious meal and socialize with other food enthusiasts. Class meets at Whole Foods Market cooking classroom (3640 N. Halsted St., 2nd Floor, Chicago, IL 60613).
