Beginner yoga is designed with the absolute yoga beginner in mind. The class is an introduction to basic yoga poses and healthy alignment. Here you will practice standing as well as seated "asana" (poses). Beginner yoga also incorporates yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques--great for stress relief and overall relaxation. The class meets every thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm and every Friday from 9-10 am.
