Arts Professionals (art writers, administrators, and curators)
Submit up to 15 pages of sufficient material to evidence the breadth of your work and interests, including reviews, essays, and catalogs (PDF format).
Film / Video / New Media

Submit up to 10 minutes of video online, by post, or via a file transfer system such as YouSendIt or DropBox.

Please do not submit files larger than 100MB online. Should you need to send a larger file, please submit your work sample by post.

Music / Sound

Submit up to 10 minutes of audio and/or video online, by post, or via a file transfer system such as YouSendIt or DropBox. Audio samples sent via post should be copied on three identical CDs.

Performance / Dance

Submit up to 10 minutes of video, along with any other material that adequately describes your work. Please do not submit files larger than 100MB online. Should you need to send a larger file, submit by post or via a file transfer system such as YouSendIt or DropBox.

Visual (painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, installation, conceptual)

Submit up to 15 images, or up to 10 minutes of video and/or DVD.

Images must be accompanied by an image list with title, date, size, media, and, where applicable, conceptual intent (maximum height/width of 1240 pixels in .jpg or .gif format with a 300 dpi resolution).
Writing (poetry, fiction, nonfiction, playwriting, screenwriting)
Submit up to 10 pages (PDF format) of poetry, 15 pages of prose, or an excerpt from one to two full-length plays/scripts.
Interdisciplinary Arts
Review other categories as applicable to determine what materials you should submit.
