UChicago Arts provides a full-service box office for arts-related ticketed and reserved-seating events across campus. Located in the Logan Center (915 E. 60th Street), the box office provides ticketing services in person, via phone, and on the web at ticketsweb.uchicago.edu. Part of University Communications, UChicago Creative is a campus-based team of professionals offering a range of strategic and creative communications services, including design, photography, and videography. Use their client portal to submit a project request or order common campus materials such as calendars or maps.

The University of Chicago's News Office provides services for university faculty and administrators including communications and media planning for major announcements or in order to call attention to important scholarly work, assistance in editing and pitching op-ed pieces to major newspapers, counsel on planning media coverage for events, and media training to help deal effectively with interviews. The News Office also coordinates appearances on radio and TV, including the use of on-campus studios for radio and TV interviews. PLEASE NOTE: The logo files should be placed or inserted into your communications. Never attempt to open the logo files.
If you are working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), select File > Place. A window will appear allowing you to search for the file(s), i.e., where you saved the logo files onto your desktop.
If you are working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) select Insert > Photo > Picture from file. A window titled Choose a Picture will appear.
