PLEASE NOTE: The logo files should be placed or inserted into your communications. Never attempt to open the logo files.

If you are working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), select File > Place. A window will appear allowing you to search for the file(s), i.e., where you saved the logo files onto your desktop.

If you are working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) select Insert > Photo > Picture from file. A window titled Choose a Picture will appear.
