Your University of Chicago Student ID (UCID) is now your UChicago Arts Pass—it provides you free admission to the Art Institute of Chicago and Museum of Contemporary Art. Closer to home, you will be able to attend free performances at Court Theatre and University of Chicago Presents and take dance classes at the Hyde Park School of Dance at a special reduced rate. You will also be able to enjoy student membership benefits at the Smart Museum, Oriental Institute, Renaissance Society, and Hyde Park Art Center.
From the fusion of dance, music, and visual art of the Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre to the thrilling performances of the Lyric Opera, Chicago is a hub for creativity. Whether viewing an exhibition at the DuSable Museum, or enjoying a show at the Goodman Theatre in the loop, Chicago is teeming with artistic excellence. Through a multitude of partnerships with such institutions, the Arts Pass opens this world to you.
In addition, many other arts organizations across the city offer reduced ticket prices for all students. On the following pages you will find a list of all that is available to you—visit this website often as we will be continually adding new organizations to the list and highlighting special programs and events at each of our partner organizations.
